Refreshments
The coffee shop is open from April to December, closing about a week before Christmas. It is run on a rota system by volunteers, covering Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 4 o'clock pm. It sells a selection of hot and cold drinks, sweets, chocolates, biscuits,crisps, and home made cakes as often as available. There are tables and chairs set under the tower where there is a full view down the nave towards the East window.
Although we have a number of volunteers, we can always use more. The main rota is almost complete each week, with other volunteers filling in the spaces on a casual basis. Therefore we cannot have too many volunteers as we also have to cover for illness and holidays. Anyone interested in joining either list please let us know by using the e-mail form and you will be contacted by one of the organisers.
Tea and coffee are also served after the Sunday morning service. Coach parties and visiting groups may order a buffet lunch by prior arrangement.
